At Strengths Unleashed, I help individuals and teams understand what is already strong within them—so they can move through their work, relationships, and decisions with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Using the Gallup CliftonStrengths® framework, I guide people in recognizing their natural patterns of thinking, feeling, and contributing. Strengths don’t need to be created or fixed—they simply need to be seen, named, and intentionally used.
When we understand how our talents show up—in ourselves and in our teams—everything begins to shift. Clarity grows. Communication improves. Collaboration deepens. We don’t become someone new—we become more fully ourselves.
Kayte Branch, Ph.D.
Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach
Founder, Strengths Unleashed, LLC
I’ve spent over 20 years helping people discover what is strong, meaningful, and possible within themselves.
Whether in higher education, leadership development, or strengths-based coaching, my approach is grounded in reflection, clarity, and purposeful alignment—not pressure or performance.
I believe growth begins with awareness. When you understand your strengths, you show up differently—in your work, your relationships, and your decisions.
I am based in Tampa Bay, Florida, and much of my work is grounded in reflection, nature, and the quiet clarity I find in Florida’s sunsets, trails, and open spaces.

My coaching is thoughtful, reflective, and strengths-centered. Whether I’m working with individuals or teams, it’s not about fixing or reinventing, but uncovering what is already strong—and learning how to aim it with intention. My approach is calm, supportive, and grounded in CliftonStrengths® and positive psychology.

I’ve spent more than 20 years helping individuals and teams understand what is already strong within them. My background in higher education, leadership development, CliftonStrengths® coaching, and mindfulness-based practices has shaped how I approach this work—thoughtful, reflective, and grounded in real human growth. Coaching, for me, isn’t about fixing or pushing. It’s about helping people see their natural talents more clearly so they can use them with intention.
The CliftonStrengths® Assessment (formerly StrengthsFinder), developed by Gallup, is a research-based tool that identifies your natural patterns of thinking, feeling, and interacting—the things you naturally do well. It helps you name what is strong in you, rather than searching for what is wrong. I use this insight as a foundation for coaching, helping individuals and teams understand how their strengths show up—and how to intentionally apply them with clarity and purpose.
For individual coaching, completing the assessment is highly recommended and often required, depending on the focus. For workshops or team sessions, I will let you know in advance if the assessment is needed. I can provide access codes and guide you through the process.
Both. I work with individuals seeking clarity and direction, and with teams who want to improve collaboration, communication, and alignment. Whether in a one-on-one conversation or a workshop setting, the goal is the same: to help strengths come to life in real, meaningful ways. Add an answer to this item.
No. Coaching is future-focused and strengths-based—it explores potential, purpose, and alignment, rather than diagnosing or treating mental health concerns. I am not a licensed therapist, and I happily refer when deeper support is needed.
